I've spent more than 25 years teaching bodies to move better — not harder. I believe the foundation of strong, healthy movement isn't intensity. It's awareness. Connection. Support.

My work blends classical Pilates with functional movement principles to help people rebuild from the inside out. I've worked with high-performance teams at Google through EXOS, led workshops and wellness events, and most importantly — I've been in the room with real people navigating real bodies.
